PRIVACY
How Tamaimo Digital handles your information.
This policy explains the information processed when you visit tamaimodigital.com, contact us, or discuss a website and digital-services project.
Controller and contact
Tamaimo Digital is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to mario@tamaimodigital.com.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, role, email, telephone number, business type, project goals, budget range, website or domain details, messages, meeting notes, proposal and invoice records, and technical usage information. If you provide account credentials or production data for a project, those materials are handled under the project agreement and should be shared only through an approved secure channel.
How and why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, assess requirements, schedule calls, prepare proposals, design and deliver websites, provide hosting or support when agreed, bill for services, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on requested pre-contract steps, contract performance, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service security and improvement.
Service providers and international transfers
Hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, payment, design, development, and support providers may process limited information under contractual safeguards. Customer-selected platforms also apply their own terms. Where information is processed internationally, legally required transfer safeguards will be used. Tamaimo Digital does not sell personal information.
Cookies
The site may use essential cookies for security, sessions, and language preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only with the consent choices required in your region.
Retention and security
Enquiries are kept while we respond and evaluate a project. Contract, billing, support, and project records are retained for the service relationship and applicable legal or dispute periods. Reasonable controls include restricted access, encrypted transport, and secure credential-sharing practices.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent by emailing mario@tamaimodigital.com. You may also complain to your competent privacy authority.
